North American Navion

In early December Chapter 729 took possession of this 1946 North American Navion.  The plane had been disassembled and stored in a barn for 35 years in Paragon, Indiana.  With the pending threat of a collapsing barn, six of our members with trucks and trailers in tow spent the day retrieving and securing the pieces.  With help from a national Navion organization we hope to establish a value for the components and find interest parties. Proceeds will benefit the Chapter and future projects.
