Hoppin’ around the hangar this afternoon with different activities. We had groups working simulator STEM modules including some “classroom time” discussing parts of an airplane & controls. Others continuing to wrap up reassembly of the C85 engine. And even more of our youth finishing the Zenith documentation binders. Next week we should be in a good place to start working on getting on the spare Zenith 650 rudder we purchased for the kids to continue to learn tools and techniques with building an airplane.

Had a great chapter gathering last night. But then again, a fresh warm grilled cheese always comforts the soul. After a general update on the chapter activities, Mike Foushee (Technical Advisor) did a presentation for the FAA Wings Program on the topic of Preventative Maintenance.
